Mission Statement
The Miss Borinquen of WNY Leadership Pageant is
designed to produce positive role models that
exemplify the values and principals of the Latino
culture. The contestants are here to celebrate all
those that have inspired them to seek avenues to
fulfill their need to connect with our island of Puerto
Rico. They celebrate their commitment to remain true
to our culture by learning the history, customs, and
traditions that make us who we are as individuals.
